Terms of Business
As we have 25 years of experience in supplying Mail Orders, you can be assured that all
packages will be well packed to protect the goods. On this understanding, please note the
following:
1. Postage and Packing Costs
Within Australia. Generally packets are sent Registered Mail and
charged accordingly. Packaging cost will depend on size of packet due to material ordered.
Overseas. Packets will be sent Registered or Insured Mail. Australia
Post have two different pre-paid Registered Envelopes - Small $8 and Large $14. Goods not
suited to these envelopes will be sent Insured Airmail and charged accordingly, with packaging
cost depending on size of packet.
On Request. Packets of nominal value can be sent Ordinary Airmail,
but at purchasers risk.
2. Payment by Credit Card
Clearly this is the best method of payment for your order. We charge only the total of
the material sent to you + delivery cost. If goods are out of stock then we do not charge for
such items. We can accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and
Bankcard. Please ensure all Credit Card details are supplied, including the Expiry Date
of your card.
3. Other Payment Methods
Within Australia. By Money Order, Bank Cheque or Personal Cheque. Despatch of orders paid by Personal
Cheque will be delayed until funds have been cleared.
Overseas. By Bank Draft in Australian Dollars or by cheque in £Stg. While we can also accept
£Stg and US$ banknotes, you will only receive a credit for the amount of funds received from our bank,
and the bank does charge an exchange fee on banknotes.
Credit Notes. Will be issued in the event any material is sold out and no longer
obtainable. If you ask us to refund your credit, we have to deduct the cost of the Bank Draft
from the funds being returned. This is one reason we suggest payment by Credit Card.
Paypal. Will also accept payment via Paypal from anywhere in the world. If you wish to use this method,
please contact us to obtain details.
4. Availability of Stock
All material offered is subject to availability. We make every effort to supply orders in full
and without undue delay. In the event that an item is sold out completely and no longer
available, we will advise accordingly.
5. Currency
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.
